Charity Support for The Encephalitis Society
 

Roald Dahl’s oldest daughter Olivia died from encephalitis (inflammation of the brain) caused by measles virus. The Encephalitis Society improves the quality of life of all people affected directly and indirectly by encephalitis in the UK and internationally. It provides support to patients, their families and carers, raises awareness, and galvanises research into the condition. Tom Solomon is their President.
